This in-progress anthology compiles raw personal essays by Canadian women-identifying writers regarding their experiences with perinatal mental health. Emma’s own essay explores her struggle with postpartum depression and anxiety after the birth of her eldest son, and how she battled internalized misogyny and used poetry to heal her life.
